Great location for walking around Viru Square, and super close to the center and other interesting areas. 👍

Nice and central in the old town.
Loud, room was next to the reception, music from the surrounding pubs was clearly audible. No parking space for the car available.

We had a big room. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
Our room was almost under the roof and therefore very heated. The air conditioning didn't work. We had a fan in the room, but it hardly cooled down at all. It was not possible to sleep with the window open, as many guests celebrated outside until early in the summer temperatures. . The breakfast was sufficient but without any change.

Stayed in a spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. Despite being in the Old Town, the room was quiet and provided a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from the Town Hall Square. The breakfast, although basic, was plentiful. I would recommend this hotel.

Located directly in the old town, 200 m to the town hall, it couldn't be better. We had an absolutely quiet room in the back building, despite the weekend no noise from party goers, we were very pleasantly surprised. We even got a parking space without reservation (20 € per night). The breakfast in the neighboring hotel was not a highlight, but sufficient and was always freshly stocked.

Excellent location in the heart of the old city. Big, comfortable rooms with newly renovated bathrooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Close proximity to Town Hall Square and other main attractions. No traffic noise.
Nothing bad to say.

Everything was very good, good service, incredible location just off the city hall and more other attractions, the Old Town and other tourist areas and the bars below. The staff was very amiable and super-friendly, ensured we had a very nice stay. We had the standard twin room which was tidy and silent with a big bathroom.

Location top, staff very friendly and helpful, spacious room, a little used, very clean. Nice old house. You get breakfast in the neighbouring hotel, buffet intercontinental.
Narrow elevator, at night noise in the street, but did not bother us, we had a great room to the yard.

Location was brilliant - inside the Old Town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and breakfast good. We had Room 505 and there was no noise intrusion at all, despite the lively atmosphere in the street at the front of the hotel.

The standard double room was silent and very well taken care of. The location of the property was good, so near central Old Town you won't bother. Rewritten review: The standard double room was peaceful and well-maintained. The hotel's location was great, very close to the central Old Town, making it convenient to explore. We visited the Beer House for a few drinks, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend.

The location is in the middle of Old Town which is convenient to look around. Less convenient if you have a car because there is no hotel car park, and the hotel road is closed to cars. You can drive to 100m away, then need to walk the last part (which in all fairness you have to walk even if a hotel does have a car park). We had a Twin room on 4th floor and this had a pull-out sofa bed. Room was big, so even with the sofa bed extended there was a lot of room for suitcases and to move around. Bathroom was big enough, with bath/shower and all fine. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, some hot, some cold choices. We didn't eat in the evening in the hotel. The hotel is not luxury, but it's very good value. We paid €103 for a room to sleep 3 people (actually could sleep 4 but there is an extra bed fee). I booked a few days before and other hotels wanted €180+, some didn't include breakfast or free wifi either.
Rooms facing the road are very noisy. I had read this comment from someone else but forgot to ask for a room facing the courtyard when we checked in. Big mistake! There's a bar across the road where people drink outside - the night we stayed in the hotel, I was woken at around 02.00 and the noise continued until 7.00 in the morning! The hotel supplies ear-plugs, but not everyone is able to use these. The lift is small. Depending on your suitcase size, only one or two people could fit.

Good location in the heart of the old town. A few minutes walk to the old town square where you could find good food.
